Have you ever put ricotta in a grilled cheese? Because it's perfect, especially paired in contrast with a sharper cheese (in this case, cheddar). Its creaminess! It's creaminess!
Ricotta is just the best.

Becky. This looks awesome. I just made your granola bars (again) a few days ago as part of Avery's bday present. Worst idea ever. I just open ocassionally open the fridge and stare longingly at them. Next week, I'm making another batch for me. How's school? How's NY? Have a great long weekend!
