1 pound potatoes
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 bunch beet greens, chopped
1 spicy pepper (or to taste), chopped
1 tablespoon Spanish paprika
salt+pepper
olive oil
Slice the potatoes thinly. Saute everything over medium heat, in a good amount of the olive oil, until cooked through.
