Since it's summer now, I'm transitioning to a
gentler posting schedule. I'll try to post three times a week, and hope to feature some guest posts, but probably won't run one every week. (Though, if you are interested in guest posting, let me know in in the comments!)

Also, a small gem from a recipe: "Whisk to combine it all, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and set aside for a hour. It will be bubbling vigorously and look like something that dinosaurs used to fall into."
