Apple Oatmeal Pancakes


1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
1 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped small

Mix the dry ingredients together and add the wet ingredients and the apple. Whisk to combine. Spoon onto a hot griddle and cook for a couple minutes on each side.
